Quilted stitching patterns trap insulating air pockets without adding weight
The 2101xx Jacket from Japans Full Count brand is a masterful example of the much loved Type-III Trucker. Following on from previous iterations of the denim jacket, the Type-III is cut to be a little slimmer in the body and arms, marking a departure from the early 20th Centurys boxy shape. The classic western style front has been featured on this design, along with two sewn in button flap pockets on the chest. Buttoned cuffs and waist epaulettes ensure the perfect comfort fit, whilst custom manufactured, branded flat top buttons have been used for the fastenings. This jacket has been hand sewn in Japan, using vintage sewing machines to ensure the best all round quality.
This raw denim option has been crafted from a long staple, hand picked Zimbabwean cotton which has then been woven on the very same vintage shuttle looms. Weighing in at 15.5 ounces this denim is on the heavier side of the Full Count spectrum, and is incredibly well respected for its character and comfort.
